FOREIGN MINISTER MEETS CZECH DEPUTY FOREIGN MINISTER

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Minister of Foreign Affairs Ts.Munkh-Orgil met with Deputy Foreign Minister of the Czech Republic Martin Smolek who came to Mongolia to attend the first Mongolia –Czech consular consultative meeting on May 25, Thursday. The sides exchanged views on bilateral relationship, in particular simplification of visa procedures. Minister Ts.Munkh-Orgil inquired about possibilities of simplifying the procedures when applying for a Czech visa. Deputy Foreign Minister Martin Smolek informed that preparations were being made for the opening of Czech Visa Application centre in Ulaanbaatar in the near future which will advance the visa issuance procedure. The Ministers also discussed strengthening of bilateral relations with particular focus on agriculture and food sectors. The sides also expressed intentions to prepare for the signing of agreement on cooperation in social protection, the draft of which has recently been finalized. Kh.Aminaa
