GENERAL AUTHORITY FOR HEALTH INSURANCE ESTABLISHED

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Cabinet resolved to establish a government implementing agency General Authority for Health Insurance within the authority of Health Minister on December 13. Health Minister D.Sarangerel was assigned to adopt a program on strategic and structural change and launch the operations of the General Authority in January 1, 2018. The Cabinet sees that establishment of the General Authority for Health Insurance will improve the quality of health services. The General Authority will create conditions for delivery of quality, secure, equal and inclusive health services based on the needs of the insured and effective and cost-efficient function of health insurance.
