GOVERNMENT MEMBERS SIGN COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH AIMAG AND CITY GOVERNORS

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/ On January 31, Mongolia’s Government members signed a cooperation agreement with governors of aimags and Ulaanbaatar city. The agreement targets to forming transparent, impartial and responsible civil service, heightening responsibilities and disciplines in all level organizations of local governance, clarifying cooperation and mutual duties and responsibilities given according to relevant laws, reviewing results, reporting to public and improving quality and efficiency of civil and social services. “This year, the Government demands local governments to tighten disciplines and responsibility in all levels of civil service. Responsibility means to be able to serve people without any troubles and red tape, hear them and resolve issues within a short time.
