HEALTH MINISTER MEETS UK AMBASSADOR

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The Health Minister of Mongolia Ms N.Udval received the Ambassador Plenipotentiary and Extraordinary of the United Kingdom to Mongolia Mr Christopher Charles Stuart on October 4. The Ambassador said he wants to undertake a noticeable work for the improvement of Mongolia's health sector during his dipmission and proposed training the Mongolian health specialists in Britain, cooperating and exchanging information and knowledge. The Minister Udval highly appreciated these suggestions and proposed a cooperation in matters such as strengthening of a capacity of health organizations, reforming the health management, and refining the medical staff's attitudes and ethics. She said there are a many things to learn from the British medical sphere and requested the Ambassador to help the Mongolian side collaborate in the above directions, "for example, to invite two-three specialists to Mongolia to have them got au fait with our health sector and determined the cooperation trends, and then to send the Mongolians to the United kingdom for experience learning."
