HEALTH MINISTER RECIEVES US AMBASSADOR

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The Minister for Health of Mongolia Ms N.Udval received the Ambassador of the Unites States to Mongolia Ms Piper Anne Wind Campbell and accompanying her the USAID Representative to Mongolia Mr Francis A.Donovan on October 1. Ms Campbell noted that the relations and cooperation between the two countries are developing in four main directions, for example in the health sector active are the volunteers from the Peace Corps who have been working in cities and countryside helping increase a knowledge about a health and supporting an organization of health educational trainings. The Minister Udval agreed that the cooperation in health is active and thanked for the projects realized in frames of the 39,1 million USD grants-in-aid given by US Government. Then the sides focused on problems of the health sector, on projects, and other matters. The Minister confirmed her willingness to cooperate further. Ch.Enkhtuya
