Intelligent Robot Grinder Developed in DPRK

Pyongyang, May 4 (KCNA) -- The Tonggu Public Building Construction Company under the Pyongyang City Management Bureau for Construction in the DPRK developed a new intelligent robot grinder. It is a mobile one for floor-grinding and can be operated by remote control. The robot grinder is expected to have a wide range of application in the field of construction. According to Choe Sung Il, head of the technical development section of the company, the newly-developed robot grinder is one of the successes made by the company in its efforts to push forward a mass technological innovation campaign, true to the Workers' Party of Korea's idea of attaching importance to science and technology. -0-
