Intergov’tal commission of Mongolia and Kyrgyzstan meets

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The 2nd meeting of the Mongolia-Kyrgyzstan intergovernmental commission for bilateral cooperation in trade, economy, sciences, techniques and culture was held May 28-29 in Ulaanbaatar. The meeting was co-headed by M.Tumenjargal, the Vice Minister of Culture, Sport and Tourism and acting head of the commission's Mongolian side, and by K.Sultanov, Kyrgyzstan’s Minister of Transportation and Communications and chairman of the Kyrgyz side. The action also gathered delegates of several Ministries, department and provinces of the two countries. Present were also J.Sukhee, the Concurrent Non-Resident Ambassador of Mongolia to Kyrgyzstan, and K.Baktygulova, Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Mongolia. The parties considered vital directions and specific measures for developing the bilateral relations and cooperation until 2016. For instance, the countries determined measures and works to be co-implemented in the trade, investments, business, agriculture, road, transportation, mining, environment, culture and education spheres and in the regional cooperation. After the meeting, Kyrgyzstan’s delegation led by Mr Sultanov was received by the Prime Minister N.Altankhuyag. Then, they held individual meetings with A.Gansukh, the Minister of Road and Transportation, and with Ts.Tuvaan, the Agricultural Vice Minister. The two countries decided to run next meeting in 2016 in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.
