KCNA Commentary Urges S. Korean Regime Not to Run Riot

Pyongyang, July 11 (KCNA) -- A burlesque inciting confrontation with the compatriots in the north by painting a black picture of their epochal event is being staged in south Korea, only to enrage all Koreans. The DPRK's successful test-launch of ICBM Hwasong-14 is not only an epochal event which demonstrated the invincible national strength of Juche Korea and its tremendous self-supporting defence industry but also a great event to be specially recorded in the history of the Korean nation as it is being hailed by all Koreans in the north and the south and abroad. But the south Korean chief executive convened a plenary meeting of the "National Security Council", where he "bitterly denounced the north's irresponsible provocation." Not content with this, his regime went so ridiculous as to stage a joint ballistic missile firing drill with the U.S. Those in charge of diplomatic and security affairs of south Korea including bosses of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Unification are echoing his rubbish, terming the test-launch a "wanton violation of the UNSC resolution." The gangsters of the south Korean military in particular are getting hell-bent on escalating confrontation with the DPRK, daring hurt the dignity of its supreme leadership. They staged a farce of announcing a "statement", in which they talked about "provocation" and "destruction." It seems that they have all lost their reason, exasperated by the DPRK's great success in the ICBM test. It is, indeed, a tragic irony that the puppets that can do nothing without an approval of the U.S. as they offered the OPECON symbolic of sovereignty to the U.S. are running amuck to face off with the DPRK possessed of nuclear and hydrogen bombs and even ICBMs. The miserable end met by traitor Park Geun Hye while going foolhardy in escalating confrontation with the compatriots in the north is not a thing of the distant past. The present regime of south Korea will meet more miserable end if it persists in the hideous confrontation policy like the former regimes, unaware of the changing situation. -0-
