Kim Il Sung's Exploits Praised by Syrian Media

Pyongyang, July 19 (KCNA) -- Syrian media carried special write-ups on July 6 and 8 on the occasion of the 23rd anniversary of demise of President Kim Il Sung. Syria TV Channel reported about the immortal exploits performed by the President before the country, the people, the era and history, illustrated with his photos dealing with his revolutionary activities. Radio Syria aired a special report praising the world-historic merits of the President who always lives in the hearts of all people as the sun of Juche The SANA introduced in detail the exploits the President performed in liberating Korea and winning the victory in the Fatherland Liberation War, illustrated with his photo. The Syrian paper Al Baath highly praised the President for setting forth outstanding military idea and strategies and tactics and leading the confrontation with imperialism to victory. The Syrian papers Al Thawrah and Tishrin also lauded the President for making a great contribution to carrying out the Korean revolution and accomplishing the global cause of independence. -0-
