Kim Jong Il to Be Remembered in Belarus

Pyongyang, November 26 (KCNA) -- A Belarusian committee for remembering leader Kim Jong Il was formed in Minsk on Nov. 16. L. Shukolinikov, chairman of the Permanent Standing Committee of the Belarus National Association of Friends of Korean People Named after Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il, was elected chairman of the remembrance committee. The committee decided to give wide publicity to Kim Jong Il's revolutionary career and exploits and organize political and cultural events including a remembrance meeting. -0-
