Pyongyang, May 7 (KCNA) -- Leader Kim Jong Il's work "On Strengthening the People's Army and Creating a Social Climate in Which Prominence Is Given to Military Affairs" was brought out in booklet at the Arton Publishing House of Russia on the occasion of the founding anniversary of the Korean People's Revolutionary Army.
