MINISTER OF JUSTICE SUBMITS DRAFT GUIDELINE

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Minister of Justice Kh.Temuujin Friday submitted to the Speaker a draft basic guideline on refining upon Mongolian laws and resolutions until 2016. The draft had been withdrawn by the cabinet during a discussion of the Standing committee on justice due to a necessity of reconsidering proposals from MPs. The draft consists of two main parts—draft law and draft resolution of parliament on the guideline, and are classified into three sections worked out by the President, parliament and government. In addition to these, the draft reflects 16 proposals backed by the related parliament Standing committee, and other proposals for 41 laws and 18 resolutions.
