MINISTERS PROMISE TO ADHERE TO SOME PRINCIPLES

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ A newly elected head of the Cabinet Secretariat of Government Ch.Saikhanbileg has officially received the duties. Last Saturday, a former head of Ch.Khurelbaatar officially handed over the seal to his successor. Ch.Khurelbaatar wished him successes and said that he had worked on this position two years and eight months and had done plenty of works. "I have worked together with skillful and kind staffers," he added. In turn, Ch.Saikhanbileg thanked the former head and wished him success. He promised to work fruitfully together with the State Head and parliament under leadership of the Prime Minister. Then the Premier said he has given to the new Ministers high and tough responsibilities, obliging to intensively develop Mongolia, provide people with jobs, safe and healthy environment within the reform policy. In accordance with this policy, the cabinet members signed document promising thus to maintain in their work several principles--to make every order or decision open; strongly combat a corruption; make their staffers fruitful and compact without adding their number; realize the reform in their fields; abolish a bureaucracy; work 12 hours a day; attend the cabinet meeting every Saturday; visit organizations and localities every Sunday; not to visit foreign countries more than twice a year; get directions every time when doing any appointments; and be punctual.
