Mobile cabinet meeting in Nakhon Ratchasima

NAKHON RATCHASIMA, Aug 3 (TNA) - The northeastern province of Nakhon Ratchasima will propose 42 development projects with the budget of 11 billion baht to the mobile cabinet meeting, scheduled between Aug 21-22 in this province. Provincial governor, Wichian Chanthararothai said he was informed by Assistant government spokesman, Col Athisit Chainuwat that the cabinet meeting would be held in the province, so Prime Minister and cabinet members will follow up the policy implementation there. The governor said local authorities convened a meeting among agencies concerned to prepare for the event and will seek the budget of about 11 billion baht to address urgent problems in Nakhon Ratchasima. Initially, the province plans to seek the budget for 42 development projects including irrigation, road construction and agriculture projects. The province will meet officials from the Secretariat of the Cabinet this Saturday to make a decision on the venue of the meeting. (TNA)
