PACE delegation arrives in Azerbaijan to observe presidential elections

Azerbaijan, Baku, October 7/Trend, S.Ahmadova/ The delegation of Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) for observing the upcoming presidential elections in Azerbaijan has arrived in Baku, a message from the Baku office of the Council of Europe published on Monday said. According to the message, the delegation led by the British MP Robert Walter consists of 32 people. Following the observation of the election process, PACE will issue a final report. Presidential elections in Azerbaijan will be held on October 9. Previous presidential elections were held on October 15, 2008. The presidential elections in Azerbaijan are held every five years.
