PARLIAMENT APPROVES SEVERAL LAWS

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ At its plenary meeting on Tuesday, the parliamentary session approved a final draft new wording of the law on prolonging times of receiving requests for land ownership. It has taken some 67 per cent of votes of MPs. The session also approved the law on state budget for the next year, which equals to MNT 7.4 trillion, the largest number ever, and three draft laws on court from a package law, initiated by the State Head--on the court administration, on a legal status of citizens' representatives at court, and on reconciliation mediation. A draft amendment to the Criminal law was adopted as well. On Wednesday, the parliamentary session will take a break. B.Khuder
