PARTY CHANGES ITS NAME AND NAMES THREE HEADS

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The Civil Will Party (CWP) made some changes at its 8th session held last Saturday. The biggest decision was a change of the name--now it is the Civil Will-Green Party (CWGP). It was followed by changes in charter, flag and symbol. Then, two MPs--S.Oyun and D.Enkhbat--and the head of Mongolia's National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MNCCI) S.Demberel were appointed the party's chairpersons. S.Oyun will be in charge of electoral campaign and the party's external policy, D.Enkhbat--for the party's internal affairs and reform policy, S.Demberel--for economic matters and a program. The party set up a working group in charge of drawing up a program for the parliamentary election. It is supposed to be adhering to the liberalism, supporting the private sector and a "green" policy.
