P.BURENTOGS BECOMES CHAMPION OF NAADAM'S WRESTLING

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The national wrestler from Uvs aimag's Davst soum P.Burentogs won the Naadam's wrestling competition on July 12. He defeated D.Ragchaa, Arkhangai aimag's Bulgan soum, at the final ninth round. This year's wrestling attracted 512 wrestlers from all aimags, some wrestlers were awarded wrestling state titles at the President's decree. The winner P.Burentogs received the "Lion" title, a second biggest title. The runner-up D.Ragchaa has become the "Garuda" thanks to defeating eight opponents. The "Hawk" title has gone to T.Sanchir who had six wins, the "Falcon" title--to R.Purevdagva (Arkhangai), J.Amartuvshin (Gobi-Altai), B.Sugarjargal (Ovorkhangai) and B.Purevsaikhan (Khovd).
