Persian Gulf Atlas Unveiled In Presence Of President

Tehran, April 29, IRNA – The Persian Gulf Atlas was unveiled here on Sunday in the presence of President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on the sidelines of a weekly cabinet session. Minister of Defense and Armed Forces Logistics, Ahmad Vahidi was present in the ceremony to unveil the atlas prepared by the the Geography Organization of the Ministry of Defense and Armed Forces Logistics in a span of two years. Vice-President for Executive Affairs, Hamid Baqaie, and head of the Defense Ministry's Geography Organization Amir-Hassan Nami were also present in the ceremony. The Persian Gulf Atlas consists of six chapters dealing with general geography of the Persian Gulf and its historical background./end
