PRESIDENT VISITS SINGAPORE BOTANIC GARDENS

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ On Monday, the President of Mongolia Ts.Elbegdorj visited the Singapore Botanic Gardens. The President was welcomed there by a chairman of Parks and Recreation Department Leon Chi Chiu and a director of Singapore Botanic Gardens (National Park Board) Nigel Taylor. Since this garden is a customary for a high foreign visitor to plant a flower, Mr Elbegdorj planted there an orchid and then left his signature in the Book of Honorary Guests.
