SOME PEOPLE PROPOSED FOR JUDGES' POSITIONS

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ At its regular meeting held on Friday, the General Council of Court discussed issues on nominating some people to the positions of judges of some aimags, and discharging some judges from the posts. The General Council made proposals to appoint B.Dashdondov as a general judge of Uvs aimag, S.Tserendulam--as a general judge of inter-soum court of Bulgan aimag, Z.Enkhtuya--as a judge of Darkhan-Uul aimag's court of administrative cases, L.Enkhtaivan--as a general judge of Selenge aimag's inter-soum court, M.Mandakhbayar--as a judge of Ovorkhangai aimag's inter-soum court, and Ch.Davaasuren-- as a judge of Khovsgol aimag's inter-soum court. A judge of Uvs aimag's inter-soum court B.Lhamkhuu has been proposed to be discharged from the post because the judge turned the retirement age. These proposals will be submitted to the State Head.
