STATE HEAD MEETS KYRGYZSTAN'S DELEGATION

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The State Head Ts.Elbegdorj said Mongolia and Kyrgyzstan should hold the second intergovernmental commission's meeting in near future. The President said it during a meeting on Wednesday with a parliamentary delegation of Kyrgyzstan who are visiting Mongolia to learn experience and get au fait with the State Great Khural. Mr Elbegdorj said he already invited Kyrgyzstan's President and Prime Minister to Mongolia, underlining this will contribute to developing of the bilateral trade and economic cooperation. "We do not want to teach others but do want to share experience, so Kyrgyzstan may be willing not only to study our achievements but also to learn our mistakes," the President stressed. "Your speech at our parliament has really impressed us. We are glad to meet with the Mongolian leader," the Kyrgyz delegates said. They want to study Mongolia's State Great Khural, our educational system and foreign investments, they said. In response, the President said Mongolia used an electronic system for the first time in this year's parliamentary election and is going to use it at the local elections. He also said that foreign investments must be transparent, and that related law are required to be updated. B.Khuder
