STATE SECRETARY G.TSOGTSAIKHAN IN HUNGARY

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The State Secretary of the Ministry of National Economy Hungary and head of Hungarian side of the Intergovernmental Commission of Mongolia and Hungary, Ms Roza Nagy received the delegation was led by G.Tsogtsaihan, the State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia. During the meeting has exchanged views on the possibility of the further expansion and has made conclusion on the presents situation. The two sides has noted that his interests to cooperate on the traditional cooperation's sector agriculture, geology explorer, water management, urbanization, medical equipment supply, wastewater treatment plant, banking reform, food production, food safety, removable energy and the cooperation to develop SME's sector. Also has expressed a willingness to participate in the construction works of the Sainshand industrial park, to mutually make investment and to introduce latest techniques and technologies. Then they spoke the veterinary medicines' state owned-“Biokombinat” which has established by Hungarian assistance in 1970 and exchanged views on update the Biokombinat's agreement between the Governments. The sides made a conclusion on a present situation of the bilateral trade and economic cooperation, and exchanged views on a possibility of widening the ties. They expressed their readiness to continue the cooperation in the traditional spheres. In addition, the parties raised an issue on renovation of the “Biokombinat” veterinary medicine state-owned factory. ** ** ** The same day, the State Secretary G,Tsogtsaihan legged the Eotvos Lorand University which was established in 1635. Based in Budapest city, the Eotvos Lorand University is considered as the largest university not only in Hungary, but also in Europe at Mongolian and central Asian studies. During the stay in the university, G.Tsogtsaikhan gave a lecture titled “Foreign policy of Mongolia and some issues on socio-economy”, attracting some scholars on Mongolian studies and students. A Mongolist Dr Agnes Birtalan has put forward a proposal to establish a center of propagandizing Mongolia at the university. G.Tsogtsaikhan supported this proposal. Ch.Enkhtuya
