Ultra-regional Forces Unable To Create Security In Region: Vahidi

Tehran, Feb 20, IRNA – Defense Minister Brigadier General Ahmad Vahidi said ultra-regional forces are unable to create security for the region. Talking to IRNA on Monday, he said there is only one solution to the future of regional developments. He reiterated that cooperation, convergence and close ties among regional countries are the key factors for regional security in the future. He stressed that Iran together with other regional states are capable of creating security and stability in the region without any help from ultra-regional countries. The minister noted that the arrogant states which are administrating the world affairs now are trying to survive only through waging wars and seeking expansionist policies./end
