UNDP PERMANENT REP CONGRATULATES PRESIDENT

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The United Nations Resident Coordinator and UNDP Resident Representative in Mongolia, Ms. Sezin Sinanoglu sent on Wednesday an official letter of congratulation to the State Head of Mongolia on being given the United Nation Champions of the Earth 2012 award of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP). By her letter, Ms. Sinanoglu congratulated the State Head of Mongolia on receiving the UNEP's award, on behalf of herself and staff of the UNDP Resident Representative. She highlighted that the President of Mongolia was given the award for his important initiatives at the national and international levels and the exemplary management focused on sustainable development. Ms. Sinanoglu stressed that the UNDP Permanent Representative in Mongolia appreciates the steady leadership of the President for strengthening the balance between the economic growth and the environment protection. She added the UNDP will help Mongolians to achieve their purposes. B.Khuder
