U.S. Assistant Secretary for South and Central Asian Affairs to travel to Turkmenistan

Azerbaijan, Baku, June 26 / Trend V. Zhavoronkova/ The U.S. Assistant Secretary for South and Central Asian Affairs Robert O. Blake is travelling to Ashgabat, Turkmenistan from June 26-27, 2013, the State Department press service reported on Tuesday. Assistant Secretary Blake will meet with President Berdimuhamedov and other senior officials of the Turkmen government to discuss a full range of bilateral and regional issues including energy cooperation, human rights, economic development and international investments in Turkmenistan.
