VICE HEAD OF JAPANESE CUSTOMS OFFICE VISITS

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ A Vice head of Japan Customs office, Shinichi Goto got familiarized with the General Customs office of Mongolia /GCO/ and met with a vice head of the GCO, D.Oyunchimeg on June 7. Mr. Shinichi Goto's visit aims to establish a free trade agreement between Mongolia and Japan. At the meeting, two sides shared views on issues concerning innovation of GCO of Mongolia, information technology development, measures for trade liberalization, “electronic one window” project to make easier the customs formalities, eliminate intellectual property breaches, selection of economic entities accredited by customs, custom and business partnership. Then, Mr. Shinichi Goto was acquainted with the Information management center and Telecamera control center of GCO. Two sides expressed their hope that the collaboration between customs offices of two countries will be strengthen and increased foreign trade turnover. B.Oyundelger
