He also explained why President Jeenbekov will participate in the summit as a guest of honor. “I would like to focus attention on the fact that Kyrgyzstan has frozen its participation in the activities of the IFAS, this is due to the need for its reforming, yet in 2009 the leaders of Central Asia decided to improve the structure and legal framework of the fund. But, unfortunately, to this day we have not seen any significant progress in this matter. During the meeting, Kyrgyzstan's position on the activities of the IFAS and its bodies will be detailed. Kyrgyzstan stands for a comprehensive reform of the fund's goal, which is to ensure equal treatment of the interests and urgent needs of all states of Central Asia," Sydykov said. http://kabar.kg/eng/news/what-documents-will-be-signed-during-state-visit-of-jeenbekov-to-turkmenistan/
