Young People's Festival Opens

Pyongyang, February 13 (KCNA) -- The 21st National Youth and Children's Festival of Loyalty opened with due ceremony at the Central Youth Hall Monday to celebrate the birth anniversary of leader Kim Jong Il. The festival will be held, divided into political, artistic, sports and economic panels. -0-
