Doha, May 15 (QNA) - HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani sent Monday a cable of congratulations to HE President of the Republic of Paraguay Mario Abdo Benitez on the anniversary of his country's Independence Day. (QNA)
