Qatar Philharmonic To Present "The Best Of Brass" Concert on Monday

Doha, March 14 (QNA) - The Qatar Philharmonic will present on Monday a high-energy Best of Brass concert at the stage of pre-university education in Education City. The concert combines traditional classics with contemporary songs, to create an exciting musical experience for all attendees led by the famous conductor Bob Ross. The Philharmonic has prepared a special program through a group of instrumentals, such as "Angels" for Robbie Williams and the Pink Panther Theme for Henry Mancini, in addition to playing some of the traditional music such as Marching the Blues for Brass and "Skirl" for Brass. The highlight of the concert will be a performance of Richard Strauss's "Also Sprach Zarathustra", one of the most famous and challenging pieces for brass instruments. It is worth noting that the Qatar Philharmonic Orchestra performs and promotes western and Arabic music to inspire the children and adults of Qatar and the Arab world to create and enjoy music. It has won international acclaim for its exceptional performance and commitment to promoting musical excellence.
