Qatari Hajj Mission Holds Coordination Meeting with Qatari Campaigns Officials, Representatives

Mecca, June 22 (QNA) - Units affiliated with Qatari Hajj mission for Hajj 2023 held Thursday a coordination meeting with officials and representatives of Qatari Hajj campaigns, to cooperate, coordinate and facilitate the procedures for Qatari pilgrims.
The units included the Coordination and Follow-up Unit, Airport Unit and Communication and Support Unit.
Head of Coordination, Follow-up and Airport Unit, Fahd Shams spotlighted the efforts to coordinate with the Saudi authorities to facilitate all necessary procedures, including permits for mission affiliates, campaign representatives, and buses of the Qatari Hajj mission, as well as buses of all Qatari campaigns.
Head of Communication and Support Unit Center at the Qatar Hajj Mission Khalid Waleed Al Hammadi said they are working around the clock to provide pilgrims with immediate assistance, receive their calls and inquiries and follow up on the campaigns.
He highlighted the Unit's direct communication with the campaign guide in all buses of Qatari campaigns, to check on the safety of the pilgrims. (QNA)
