Qatari Pilgrims Complete Preparations to Perform the Hajj

Makkah Al Mukaramah, June 23 (QNA) - The head of the legal unit in the Qatari Hajj mission, Muhammad Mahmoud Al Mahmoud confirmed the completion of all preparations to ensure that the pilgrims of the State of Qatar perform Hajj and all the rituals for this year in the correct manner.
Al Mahmoud explained, in remarks, that the unit, which is mandated with all legal issues related to the affairs and fatwas of Hajj, which include responding to the calls and inquiries of pilgrims and answering their questions related to the performance of the Hajj, in addition to following up on the work of the religious guides accompanying the pilgrims.
He highlighted that the unit is keen, in cooperation with the specialized units of the mission, to publish Sharia guidelines through text messages, video and audio clips, and awareness pictures through the Ministry's accounts on social media platforms to guide pilgrims and educate them on the Hajj.
A total of 22 guides, nominated by the Ministry of Awqaf, have been assigned to the 19 Qatari Hajj campaigns, accredited in the conduct of Hajj for this year, Al Mahmoud added stressing that the conditions in the Qatari Hajj campaigns are stable, and that planning for the performance of the Hajj rituals is proceeding easily and smoothly.
