Ukrainian doctor to operate Kyrgyz citizens to improve hearing ability

Bishkek, December 14 / Kabar /. Researcher of Institute of Otolaryngology of Ukraine Andrey Borbov is doing hearing improving operations in Bishkek. Press secretary of Kyrgyz State Medical Academy reports that the doctor from Kiev met today with rector of the Academy Indira Kudaibergenova. Borbov arrived in Bishkek at the invitation of the Kyrgyz Association of Otolaryngology and is going to make 20 such operations in five days. "This is not the first visit of the Ukrainian specialist to Kyrgyzstan. Over the past 3 years he has done here in Bishkek over 500 operations to improve hearing. And Bobrov’s next visit together with academician, director of the Institute of Otolaryngology, National Academy of Medical Sciences D. Zobolotny is scheduled for May, 2017 within the frames of the Congress of otolaryngologists, which to be held on 26-27 May 2017 in Issyk-Kul," the report said. The congress will also be attended by members of the Association of Otolaryngologists of countries such as Belgium, Poland, Turkey, Switzerland, Russia and other CIS countries. Head of the Department of Kyrgyz State Medical Academy Vadim Nasyrov, who heads the Association of Otolaryngologists of Kyrgyzstan, said that the organization recently joined the European Association of Otolaryngology, which significantly expands its capabilities in international cooperation.
