Bahraini re-elected FIM Asia's VP

Bangkok, Feb. 11 (BNA): Isa Al Awadhi chairman of Bahrain Motorcycling Club and member of Bahrain Motorsports Federation has been re-elected as vice-president (VP) of the Asian Motorcycling Federation during the federation's general assembly in the Thai capital Bangkok. The election brought back Stephan Macky Carapiet as the FIM Asia president. Carapiet had served as its president from 2009 to 2013. Other vice presidents elected were Isa Al Awadhi from Bahrain, Sujith Kumar from India and Gong Hong Guo from China. All will serve until 2021.
