J.JANLAV-OIDOV TAKES SPECIAL PRIZE IN WORLD SKILLS COMPETITION

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ J.Janlav-Oidov, a graduate student of the Engineering and Technology College, took a special prize after collecting 700 points in welding contest at the 44th World Skills Competition which was concluded on October 19 in Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates. As showing this success, he was ranked the 18th place among participants from 34 countries competed in the welding contest. The Mongolian team participated in the competition with an aim to surpass its success and competed in the contests of carpentry, electrical installations, plumbing and heating and bricklaying.
