JUDOKAS M.SUMIYA AND M.URANTSETSED LEAD WORLD RANKING

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Mongolian Judokas M.Sumiya and M.Urantsetseg topped the world ranking which was updated by the International Judo Federation following the Tokyo Grand Slam-2017. D.Sumiya, Labor of Hero of Mongolia and silver medalist of Rio 2016 Summer Olympic and World Champion took the leading position in women’s 57kg with overall 5432 points while World Championship M.Urantsetsreg in 48kg category with 5070 points. Besides judoka Mungunchimeg got 2240 points, ranking at ninth place. According to male ranking, Mongolian judokas are ranked in the following places G.Odbayar – third, O.Uuganbaatar – third, D.Amartuvshin- fifth, N.Dagvasuren – seventh G.Boldbaatar – eight, and D.Tumursukh – tenth in their weight categories .
