MONGOLIAN JUDOKAS HEAD TO PARIS GRAND SLAM-2018

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Mongolian national judo team left Thursday to compete in the Paris Grand Slam-2018 to be held on February 10-11. 293 judokas from 41 countries are expected to compete in the tournament. In the men’s division, judokas to compete in the tournament include G.Boldbaatar and B.Amartuvshin (60kg), G.Kherlen and Yo.Baskhuu (66kg), N.Khadbaatar and Ts.Tsogtbaatar (73kg), O.Uuganbaatar and N.Dagvasuren (81kg), G.Altanbagana and E.Munkhjargal (90kg), L.Otgonbaatar (above 100kg), U.Duurenbayar and B.Temuulen (below 100kg). Whereas in the women’s division, top judokas leading world ranking D.Sumiya (57kg) and M.Urantsetseg (48kg), and B.Khorloodoi (52kg), Ch.Azzaya (52kg), L.Enkhriilen (57kg), B.Mungunchimeg and B.Gankhaich (63kg), Ts.Naranjargal (70kg) and EGandiimaa (+78kg) will take part. Total cash prize of the Grand Slam Paris is USD 154 thousand, of which gold medalist will receive USD 5 million, silver medalist – USD 3 million and bronze medalist – USD 1500. E.Altanzul
