NEXT COMPETITIONS FOR JUDOISTS

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ After brilliant success in the Grand Prix competitions held last weekend in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, judoists of Mongolian state selected team will take part in several events of the World Cup, Grand Prix and Grand Slam organized by the International Judo Federation (IJF). The judoists will compete in the World Cup tournament which is to run December 2-3 in Jeju, the South Korea, and the Grand Slam which is to take place on December 9-10 in Tokyo, Japan. The last competitions--the Qindao Grand Prix--will take place on December 17-18 in China. During the competitions in Tokyo, the judoists will have joint trainings with their Japanese counterparts. In these tournaments, the top judoists of Mongolia wil take part such as Kh.Tsagaanbaatar, the World champion and the world number 3rd; N.Tuvshinbayar, the State Honored Sportsman and the Olympic champion; D.Tomorkhuleg and P.Lhamdegd, the champions of the Amsterdam Grand Prix.
