Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The Free-Style Wrestling Federation of Mongolia and the "Genco" group will co-organize the Mongolia Open-2012 international competitions on January 14-15 in Ulaanbaatar. As of present, wrestlers from 15 countries have applied for taking part in the international "A" level tournament. In accordance with the FILA rules, the competitions' gold medal winner at each weight category will receive a cash prize of USD 3,000, the runner-up--USD 2,000, and the bronze medalist--USD 1,000. ** ** ** Mongolian boxers have won medals in an international tournament named after Benazir Bhutto. It took place last week in Islamabad, Pakistan. Mongolia was represented there by seven boxers. G.Ariunbold has grabbed a silver medal in the 49 kg category contest after defeating his opponent from Sri-Lanka. Other boxers Ch.Baatarsukh (64 kg) and N.Shinebayar (75 kg) won bronze medals.
