Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ Mongolians are about to compete in the 23rd FILA Wrestling World Championship for women that will start on Thursday in Edmonton, Canada.
The championships have attracted wrestlers from Azerbaijan, Great Britain, USA, Bulgaria, Belarus, China, Brazil, Vietnam, Greece, Israel, Kazakhstan, Canada, Latvia, Mongolia, Russia, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Sierra-Leone, Chinese Taipei, Turkey, Ukraine, France, Germany, Czech Republic, Sweden, India, Estonia and Japan.
The Mongolian team has included B.Davaasuren (48 kg), D.Otgontsetseg (51 kg), B.Nomin-Erdene (55 kg), T.Monkhtuya
(59 kg), O.Nasanburmaa (63 kg), Ts.Bayarzaya (67 kg) and B.Odonchimeg (72 kg).
On the first day, an international master of sports D.Otgontsetseg will compete with R.M.Zasina from Poland in the first round. If she wins, she will meet a wrestler from the USA or Azerbaijan.
An international master of sports T.Monkhtuya's first opponent is M.Fazzari of Canada; another Mongolian Ts.Bayarzaya will compete with Irina Bogdanova (Russia) in her first round.

Masters of mind sports Kh.Khatanbaatar and T.Myagmarsuren will participate in the World Cup competitions of memory sports to run from September 29 to October 2 in Germany.
Meanwhile, mind sports masters S.Akjol and S.Tsogbadrakh will compete in international open tournament to take place on September 29-30 in Gothenburg city, Sweden.
