The museum, the result of collaboration between Mori Building and art collective teamLab, opened on June 21, 2018, for visitors to wander, explore and discover in one borderless world.
As Tokyo’s new destination, the museum celebrated the milestone with a ‘One Millionth Visitor Ceremony’ with the millionth visitor, Nikky Parker and her family from Australia awarded with a ‘Borderless Passport’.
‘Borderless Passport’ is a pass for unlimited free entry into teamLab Borderless with no expiry date.
