Pyongyang, February 1 (KCNA) -- The Vietnamese ambassador to the DPRK and his embassy members laid a floral basket before the statues of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il on Mansu Hill and paid tribute to them on Jan. 31 to mark the 73rd anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. -0-
