Tibetan spiritual leader the Dalai Lama arriving for the 32nd Kalachakra Puja at the Mahabodhi temple at Bodh Gaya in the eastern Indian state of Bihar on Saturday. The request for the Kalachakra Initiation, a major ritual of Buddhism, at Bodh Gaya had been made by the late Dorjee Khandu, Chief Minister of northeast Indian state of Arunachal Pradesh, before his tragic death in a helicopter crash in April 2011.
