The Secretary General of OANA (the Organization of Asia-Pacific News Agencies), Muhamad Saiful Hadi (right), concurrently the Permanent Secretary of the Confederation of ASEAN Journalists (CAJ) and CAJ President Ms. Norila Mohd Daud (left) who is the President of National Union of Journalists Malaysia signed the document on CAJ Action Plan at the end of CAJ General Assembly which took place from September 30 to October 4, 2009, in Kuala Lumpur. Witnessing the signing is Datuk Dr Ir Wee Ka Siong (center), Malaysia's Deputy Minister of Education and MCA Youth National Chairman.
