Georgian Finance Minister discusses reforms with EU expert

Georgia, Tbilisi, Aug. 21/Trend N.Kirtzkhalia / Georgian Finance Minister Nodar Khaduri met with the expert of twinning project on cooperation with the EU Werner Grassmann, the Georgian Finance Ministry said. According to the statement, acquainting the expert with the undergoing and planned reforms in the Ministry was the purpose of the meeting. Currently the German expert holds work meetings in the Ministry 's Investigation Service, in order that priority areas of cooperation were defined in the framework of the project. "With the support of EU Finance Ministry 's Investigation Service started the implementation of twinning- program, which envisages a structural improvement of service, its approach to the most successful European experience, and also retraining candidates, translation of Georgian legislation into English, so that investors had access to existing information on Georgia" , Georgian Finance Minister Nodar Khaduri said.
