Mongolian Minister received by Turkey’s President

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ While in Republic of Turkey with a working visit, Mongolia’s Minister of Construction and Urban Development Ts.Bayarsaikhan Thursday was received by Mr Abdullah Gul, the President of Turkey in Istanbul.
The Mongolia-Turkey relations have been developing successfully in all sectors, the Minister said. "An official visit of the Turkish Premier to Mongolia paid in April of this year has become a significant step to forward these ties," he added.
The Minister also touched upon some issues such as expansion of the cooperation in the construction and urban development sectors and in co-implementing projects and programmes on apartments, the Turkish experience in redeveloping old settlements, introducing progressive technologies, and a preparation of our experts.
He asked the leader of Turkey to give a support in accelerating a project on constructing apartments for 5,000 families with a soft-loan from the Turkish government.
Mr Gul said he is satisfied with successful development of the bilateral ties, and promised to back the issues and requests the Mongolian side sounded. Mr Gul advised the Mongolian side to pay attention to augmenting of foreign investments, including the Turkish ones, in order to activate great constructions and renovation.
The same day, the Minister Bayarsaikhan and the Ministry’s State Secretary R.Erdeneburen held a meeting with authorities of Turkey’s Exim Bank to discuss a 300 million UDS soft loan to be granted by the Turkish government to our side for erecting apartments in Ulaanbaatar.
