Iran Will Give Crushing Response To Any Threats : Army Commander

Shahr-e Rey, Tehran, April 17, IRNA – Commander of Iran’s Ground Forces Brigadier General Ahmad Reza Pourdastan said on Tuesday that the enemies will face Iran's knockout response if they want to show off and threaten the country. Speaking to reporters at Iran’s National Army Day ceremony, Pourdastan said the army forces will vehemently confront any threats and defend the Islamic Iran by wielding full power. A number of ranking Iranian militarily commanders both from the Armed Forced Headquarters and the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) attended the annual National Army Day ceremony today near the mausoleum of the late Imam Khomeini. Army's ground, air and naval forces displayed their military might once again, reassuring the nation that they are ready as ever before to defend Iran's territorial integrity./end
