Ugandan President ends visit to Thailand

BANGKOK, November 17 (TNA) - Ugandan President Youveri Museveni and his wife, Janet Kataaha Museveni, left Bangkok Saturday after a three-day official visit as the guests of the Thai government, scheduled for November 15-17. Thai Deputy Prime Minister and Education Minister Pongthep Thepkanchana and his wife were present at Bangkok’s Don Meaung Airport Saturday morning to see off the Ugandan President and the First Lady on behalf of the Thai government. During his visit to Thailand, the Ugandan President and Thai Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra held bilateral talks at Bangkok's Government House and signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on bilateral cooperation between Thailand and Uganda.
