Iran's President Talks With Pakistani Counterpart On Phone

Tehran, Nov 19, IRNA – President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and his Pakistani President counterpart, Asif Ali Zardari in a telephone conversation on Sunday explored the ways for expansion of economic ties. Pointing to the upcoming D8 Summit to be held in Islamabad, President Ahmadinejad said that 'I am sure that this summit with your management will be a successful in the field of enhancement of relations of the member-states. President Zardari, for his part, said that Pakistan is trying to expand the bilateral ties between the two countries in different political, economic, and cultural areas./end
